    FAQ´S

    question_mark

How long does it stay warmth?

Battery life depends on your power bank capacity and the heat level selected. On the lowest setting with a high-capacity power bank, you can enjoy hours of continuous warmth.

    question_mark

    Can I wash it?

Absolutely. Our cape is fully washable — simply unplug the power bank and detach the heating module, then machine wash on a gentle cold cycle. Lay flat to dry and it’ll be ready to wear again in no time. No complicated care, no compromises on hygiene.

    question_mark

    What size is it?

Our cape is one size fits all — designed to drape effortlessly on any body type. Measuring 150 × 80 cm (59.1 × 31.5 in), it wraps around you with a generous, relaxed fit that feels comfortable whether you’re petite or tall. No size charts, no guessing — it simply works for everyone.

    question_mark

Does it come with a power bank?

The power bank is sold separately, but that’s actually good news — Our cape works with any standard USB power bank, including the one you already use for your phone. No proprietary accessories, no extra purchases required. Just plug in what you already have and you’re good to go.
